Shipping and Policies
Terms of statue acceptance
We guarantee all of our work to be done to your satisfaction or your money will be refunded in full,
this is established by a pictorial process of the statue being created.
During the process of making your statue,
we will email you pictures of your statue to get your input, and make any changes necessary before it's completion.
This helps ensure that you are happy with your statue before it is shipped out to you.
Since each statue is custom made to order,
once a statue is shipped, unless there is damage during shipping,
you have agreed to accept the statue.
How statues are crated and shipped
We start by measuring, cutting and joining together pieces of plywood
to make a solid, durable crate for the statue.
Next we put in two by fours with cloth padding
to make sure the statue cannot move inside the crate.
Once the statue is crated,
we make visual arrows letting the shippers know which end is the top,
we also make a note on the paperwork that the statue must remain upright at all times.
Then we setup a pickup, and load the statue onto the shippers' truck.
How statues are to be moved to prevent damage
You will need the following tools:
Screwdriver, Hammer, Screw Gun w/ Phillips Head and a Handtruck
This a statue with wheels on the base. Never tip them on 1, 2 or even 3 wheels.
The proper way is to leave all 4 wheels flat on the ground or use a Handtruck

Never tip these, as it puts all the weight on a small corner, or worse, it puts all the weight on you.
